- Disney Genie+ service allows you to take advantage of 3 great benefits using the My Disney Experience app on the day of your park visit.
You can book arrival windows for our new Lightning Lane entrances on select Walt Disney World attractions and experiences. Make one selection at a time, throughout the entire day—from classics like Haunted Mansion to thrill rides like Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and newer favorites like Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run (subject to limited availability). Lightning Lane selections can even be used across multiple theme parks—great for those who love the Park Hopper option.
- Simply make your selections (one at a time) using our new complimentary Disney Genie interface, which features 2 tabs you can toggle between—“Tip Board” and “My Day.”
- Get notifications when it’s time for your experience—right on your phone.
- Once it’s your turn to ride, head over to the Lightning Lane entrance within your designated arrival window, and use your MagicBand, Disney MagicMobile pass or card to enter.
- With your Disney Genie+ purchase, you’ll also be able to enjoy new audio tales that let you discover the parks in cool, fresh ways—through fascinating fun facts and behind-the-scenes insights. You’ll even have access to a collection of Disney PhotoPass Lenses via a special AR (augmented reality) camera when using the My Disney Experience app on your mobile device. Access begins when you enter a theme park and lasts until 5:59 AM on the 45th day after the last day of your ticket entitlement.

Disney Genie+ attractions and experiences (collectively, "experiences") and arrival windows are limited, and subject to availability and change, downtime, delay or closure without notice or liability, and entrance to an experience is not guaranteed. Experiences may vary by date, are subject to change, and may not be available at all on the date of visit or at the time you make a selection. Availability of experiences can change throughout the day. Disney reserves the right to modify, reschedule, reassign or cancel any selection in the event of a change in operating hours, experience downtime or closure, or park closure. Attraction requirements and conditions, including height and accessibility requirements, must be met; Guests are responsible for reviewing these requirements prior to purchase.
A Disney account and eligible mobile device are needed to make experience selections and to redeem other features on the day of visit, in the English-language-only My Disney Experience app.
Valid admission and theme park reservation for the same park and same date are required for the day that the Disney Genie+ selections are made and redeemed. The Disney Genie+ entitlement is not valid for admission to any theme or water park.
Each experience selection allows one (1) Guest to enter the experience using the Lightning Lane entrance or other Disney designated entrance, once on the date of redemption during regular park hours and during the selected arrival window only. Guests may not enter before or after the arrival window, and the experience selection expires at the end of the arrival window.
